  • Is every sport covered?
     

    • Yes, we can arrange cover for any and all sports.
  • Are motocross riders covered?
     

    • Yes. Motocross is one of the most popular sports we deal with.
  • Can I be covered for more than one sport?
     

    • Yes. When you speak to one of our advisers, it is important that you disclose all of your sports and activities. We can then put you with a policy and provider that best suits you.
  • Am I covered outside of sport?
     

    • Yes, policies cover you 24/7, work home and play.
  • Can I have cover if I'm self employed?
     

    • Yes you can. Cover such as 'income protection' is especially valuable to self-employed individuals, who will not receive SSP if unable to work.
  • How long does it take to get covered?
     

    • An initial phonecall for a quote takes around 5 minutes. If you then wanted to go ahead and accept the price, we'd need you for another 15 minutes or so to get the cover all set up. So 20 minutes should see the job done!
  • Will I be covered whilst abroad?
     

    • Yes, your policy applies worldwide. However, we advise that you take out travel insurance to cover things like hospital bills and repatriation should the worst happen.
  • Do you offer travel insurance?
     

    • No, it's not something we specialise in.
  • Do you provide short term cover?
     

    • No, we can only arrange a minimum of 12 months cover.
  • I live outside the UK, can I be covered?
     

    • No. Unfortunately only UK residents can be covered.
  • Do you insure property or belongings?
     

    • No, we only focus on arranging cover that protects you as an individual.
  • Can kids be covered?
     

    • Yes they can.
  • Any occupations not covered?
     

    • No, as a general rule all occupations can be covered.
  • Can you send me a quote via E-mail?
     

    • Initially we need to speak to you over the phone for 5 minutes. This is because price is partly dependant upon a few simple lifestyle questions that we can't ask online due to data protection. Also, all policies are tailor made to each individual, so speaking on the phone helps us to make sure the cover is 100% right for you.
  • Do I need to renew my policy ever year?
     

    • No. This is a rolling policy and so long as you maintain your monthly payments you will continue to be covered year after year, subject to it’s terms and conditions.
  • Who do I ring if I need to make a claim?
     

    • Simply call our dedicated claims team on 0161 491 5532 (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm). They will support you with every step of the claiming process.
  • How long do I have to be off before I can claim?
     

    • There are various options, starting from day 1 cover and longer waiting periods such as 1 week, 1 month etc.
